In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item that you have purchased, you may do so by submitting a request to return from your Order History within your Account. Arcarta will work with the dealer whom sold the product to refund the full purchase price, providing Arcarta receives a request to return within 2 days of the goods landing at your delivery address.
These policies are guaranteed to apply only for purchases made on Arcarta. Dealers may have different policies for purchases made offline.

Upon receiving a request to return, your case will be dealt with personally by a member of the Arcarta Customer Service team.
As all product shipped through Arcarta’s partners use insured shipping methods, the receiving of goods can be validated using shipping tracking. This will be used to validate that any returns request falls within 48 hours upon receiving the goods.
Once a return request is approved, a confirmation of return will be supplied to the customer at which point the dealers address will be provided to process the return.
The customer is responsible for the appropriate return shipping costs to the dealer address provided and is responsible for any insurance pertaining to the safe arrival of the item.
In cases of successful return request and upon the dealer receiving the item, a full refund will be made to the payment method used within 7 days.
In the case of any faulty or damaged goods, the item must be returned before the refund can be sanctioned.
If for any reason an item arrives damaged or not as desired, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will provide further instructions. Pleas note: Be sure to inspect the item before signing any shipping insurance waiver. In addition, please be sure to keep all packaging, shipping documents and price tags.
Should the customer wish to withdraw from the transaction, they may do so at any point between purchase and the dispatch of the item by contacting Arcarta customer service immediately.
