Daniel Gallagher is an experienced Registar at the Sladmore Gallery, London where he has been advising on all matters surrounding imports, exports and regulations since 2015. Before joining the Sladmore Gallery, Daniel worked at both Sotheby’s and Christies in their shipping and art transport departments, having worked his way up from Technician. He worked on the iconic sales such as Damian Hirst and was present for the Giacometti Walking man which sold for £65,000,000 a record breaking sale for sculpture at the time. He regularly advises collectors, museums and other galleries on procedures to balance commercialism with regulations.
